Individual Counselling Intake

During this 90 minute intake, it will provide an opportunity for individuals to share their experience and allow the counsellor to gain a better understanding of how to meet you where you are at.

Individual counselling session is 50 minutes consists with your counsellor to discuss and guide you through a topic, issue or problem of your choice.


Parent Support

Sometimes, parents are looking for ways to parent differently to reach and support their children in the best way possible. Parent support sessions are meant to strengthen the parenting skills that are already in place and modify the ones that come up when facing challenging situations.


Family Counselling

This is for families who are looking to open the doors of communication with their loved ones to strengthen the relationship and build connection.


Couple's Counselling

These sessions are for those in a relationship that would like to build on connection and communication with each other. These sessions are meant to be a safe space for couples to discuss the challenges and strengths of their relationship.
